About the Owner – Serge Pavlenko
With more than 12 years of construction, facility management, and jobsite safety experience, owner Serge Pavlenko brings a rare level of professionalism and technical knowledge to the junk removal industry.
Serge’s passion for helping people started years before founding Take Care Junk Hauling. His first job in junk removal showed him how clearing clutter transforms a person’s quality of life. That experience stuck with him through college and eventually inspired him to build a company focused on service, safety, efficiency, and compassion when people need it most.
Serge holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management (Engineering) with a minor in Business Administration from Sacramento State University. He also holds a C-5 Framing Contractor’s License, is OSHA-30 trained, and has previous certifications in forklift operations, scaffolding, flagging, and more. His background as a Field Engineer and Maintenance Director in assisted living built the foundation for a company that respects property, prioritizes safety, and follows strict procedures on every job.
