Our Full-Service Junk Removal Solutions

Residential Junk Removal

Couches, fridges, a garage corner or a whole house. One couch is a minimum load, $99 to $150; a one-car garage is usually a half truck, $320 to $480. Pickups most days, often the same day.

Cleanout Services

Whole-property clearing after a death, a move or years of accumulation. Estate cleanouts usually run a half truck ($320 to $480) up to several full trucks at $850 to $1,000 each; hoarding cleanouts are quoted after a walkthrough.

Specialty & Large Item Removal

The items a regular pickup will not touch. Hot tubs are cut up in place, $300 to $600+; sheds come down and go, from $250; a ground-floor upright piano is $200 to $400; a treadmill is $80 to $120.

Commercial Junk Removal

Offices, stores and warehouses, scheduled around your hours and tenants. A full office decommission runs $3,000 to $15,000+; a few desks and chairs is a normal volume quote. Single-material construction loads only, no mixed demo debris.

Real Estate, Eviction & Foreclosure Cleanouts

Turnovers for agents, landlords and lenders. Lightly furnished foreclosures start around $250. Eviction cleanouts wait for the California notice period (15 days in person, 18 by mail) and then clear the unit the same or next day.

Eco-Friendly Disposal & Recycling

Usable items go to Sacramento charities when we can, metal to scrap, TVs to an e-waste recycler (single TVs from about $60). Wet paint, chemicals, propane and asbestos are the main things we have to leave behind.

What a Junk Removal Job Costs

The quote covers labor, loading, hauling and the disposal fee, with nothing added at the end. Weight and access move it: a third-floor walk-up, a long carry down a shared driveway, or dense tile and concrete take more work than the same volume of cardboard.

What Happens on the Day

Send a photo or book online. Booking online takes $20 off.
We confirm an arrival window. We run 7 days a week with same-day and next-day slots across the service area.
The crew walks the job and confirms the price before touching anything. If the pile grew since your photo, you hear the new number first.
We do the lifting. Garage, attic, back yard or third floor. Nothing needs to go to the curb.
We sweep up and sort the load. Charity or recycler when we can, transfer station for the rest.

What We Cannot Take

California treats a short list of materials as household hazardous waste, and no licensed hauler can put them in a truck:

Wet or liquid paint, including stains and lacquers
Pesticides, pool chemicals, cleaners, automotive fluids and used motor oil
Propane tanks and pressurized cylinders, including camping canisters
Asbestos-containing material, common in older Sacramento-area popcorn ceilings and floor tile

Things people assume we refuse, but we take: fully dried-out latex paint; tires in limited quantities (tell us how many); and refrigerators, freezers and air conditioners, whose refrigerant has to be recovered by a certified technician under EPA Section 608 before the unit is scrapped. We handle that step.
