What We Haul: Pallets From Every Kind of Business
Most of our pallet calls come from commercial and industrial properties: a receiving dock that has fallen behind, a store that cannot get its vendor to take returns, or a warehouse cleanout where the pallets are the last thing left. A pile of dry wood against a building is a fire-code problem before it is a tidiness problem.

Early morning before the first delivery, after close, or on a weekend. We pull up to the dock or the back lot and stay out of your forklift lanes.

We load every board
Stacking, lifting and loading are ours, and so are the loose boards, nails and banding left behind on the pavement.

Refurbisher, clean-wood facility, or recycler
Intact pallets go to a local pallet refurbisher when one will take them. Broken wood goes to a facility that accepts clean wood. Plastic goes to a recycler when one will accept it.

Pallet Removal Pricing
You pay for the share of the truck the pallets fill. Plastic and heavy-duty pallets weigh more, and broken ones with nails take longer to load, so they can nudge the number up. Same tiers as our pricing guide:

Most single-visit jobs for small and mid-size businesses land between $150 and $400. Recurring pickups get preferred pricing. No fuel surcharge, no dump fee added later, and booking online saves $20.
When you do not need us: intact 48x40 pallets have resale value, so a pallet recycler or refurbisher may collect a clean stack, and a free listing online often moves a small one. We are the call for the broken, mixed and nailed ones, and for the wall that has to be gone before the inspection.

How many pallets can you take in one trip?
Most businesses get the whole pile cleared in one visit. Past about 200 pallets we may need a second trip or an extra set of hands, and we say so in the quote, not after the first load.
Do you offer recurring pallet pickup for businesses?
Yes. Weekly, biweekly or monthly, on a standing day, with preferred pricing. It is the easiest way to keep a dock or storage yard clear without anyone on your team having to book it.
What happens to the pallets after you pick them up?
Intact pallets go to a local pallet refurbisher when one will take them. Broken wood goes to a facility that accepts clean wood. Plastic pallets are recycled when a recycler will accept them. The shrink wrap and banding go to the transfer station.
Can you pick up pallets on weekends or after business hours?
