Thanks, Serge, for the quick, professional, and reasonably priced service. Will use you again - highly recommend!
Overview
The liquidation sale ended Sunday, the lease ends the 31st, and the gondolas nobody bought are still on the floor. We haul the fixtures, the racks and the back room so you can hand back the keys on time.
The sale took care of the stock, mostly. What is left on the last week of the lease is the part nobody bid on: twelve gondola runs, a wall of garment racks, the checkout counter, the back-room shelving and the boxes of returns under it. The landlord wants a broom-swept floor by the walkthrough. We clear it in one visit when the space allows, and outside your trading hours if the doors are still open.

What Is Outside Our Scope
We are a junk removal company, not a demolition crew. We take freestanding fixtures and anything already unbolted. Built-in casework, wall tear-outs, flooring and ceiling removal produce mixed construction debris, and that goes to your contractor or a roll-off dumpster.
A few registers or screens can ride along with a regular load. A whole store's worth of electronics belongs with a certified e-waste recycler. We also do not take food waste, chemicals or paint. See what we don't haul for businesses for who to call instead.
Working Around a Store Closing
If the store is still trading, we come early in the morning or in the evening (we work 7 days a week, 24 hours a day) so customers never see the truck. For mall and shopping-centre units, tell us the loading-dock rules and the access window the property manager has set, and we book inside it. One office move we did was cleared a few hours after the first call; a store with a dock and a clear floor plan can move nearly as fast.
Usable fixtures and furniture go to donation when we can. Some closings clear out cleanly enough that a lot can be reused, and some do not. We tell you which on the day rather than promise it up front.
What Business Customers Say
“I contacted TCJ when our business moved offices and we needed some old furniture removed. They gave me a competitive price and came out a few hours after I contacted them. I really liked how quickly they responded.”
Veronica N., Yelp“We have used this company for years and Serge is the best!! Highly recommend for any hauling needs you have.”
Callie Aberin, GoogleWhat It Costs and How It Works
Pricing is by truck space: a back room of shelving is usually a quarter to a half truck, $180 to $480, and a full sales floor of fixtures fills a truck at $850 to $1,000. The number is confirmed before we start, and there is no dump fee added later.
- Send photos or a video of the sales floor and back room to (916) 770-7619, or book a walkthrough.
- Get the price before we start, based on how much truck space the job takes.
- We load and haul everything on the agreed list.
- The floor is left broom-swept for your landlord walkthrough.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you remove store fixtures that are bolted to the wall?
If they are unbolted and freestanding when we arrive, yes. Removing built-in casework, or anything that leaves wall or floor damage behind, is demolition work for a contractor.
Can you work before or after store hours?
Yes. We work 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, so a 6 a.m. start or a 9 p.m. finish is routine for stores that are still open.
Do you take unsold inventory?
Yes, as long as it is not hazardous, food or liquid. Usable goods go to donation when we can.
Can you take all the registers and computers?
A few pieces alongside the rest of the load, yes. For a full store or a chain of stores, a certified e-waste recycler is the better fit.
