How We Work Inside a Community

• We follow the community’s rules: sign-in, elevator use, loading areas, quiet hours and parking.
• We keep it calm. The crew works quietly and steadily in hallways where residents live. An unmarked trailer is available on request.
• You decide what goes. Family members can set aside keepsakes and items for relatives first; we take the rest.
• We confirm the price before we start from photos or a walkthrough, and we can work with the family member who is paying even if they are out of town.
• Usable furniture is donated when we can. The rest goes to the right facility.

What We Take and What We Don’t

We take furniture, beds and frames, recliners, dressers, small appliances, clothing, boxes and household items, and electronics in small amounts.

We do not handle medical waste, sharps, medications, biohazard cleanups or hazardous chemicals. If a room needs cleaning or remediation, the community or a specialist cleaner handles that before or after us.

Scheduling

We work Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 9 PM, and same-day or next-day slots are often available when a deadline is close. Communities with regular turnover can set up an account with recurring pickups and invoice terms: see commercial accounts.
