How Setting Up an Account Works

• Tell us about your properties. How many doors or locations, where they are, and what usually needs hauling.
• Agree terms. Payment terms, any volume discount, how you want to send jobs (text, email or phone) and who approves them.
• Send jobs as they come. Text photos to (916) 770-7619. We reply with the price and the earliest slot, often the same or next day.
• Get the space back. The crew loads, hauls and sweeps up, then sends you photos.

What We Haul for Businesses, and What We Don’t

We take furniture, appliances, mattresses, fixtures, shelving and racking, pallets, boxes and bagged items, yard debris, and single-material loads such as metal, concrete or clean wood. Electronics are fine in small amounts alongside a regular load.

We do not take hazardous waste, liquid paint or chemicals, medical waste or sharps, biohazard cleanups, mixed construction and demolition debris, or large lots of electronics. Hours and Area

We work Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 9 PM, including early starts before tenants or staff arrive. Accounts are served across Sacramento, Placer, Yolo, El Dorado and Solano counties from our base in West Sacramento.
