Construction Debris Removal in Sacramento: What We Take

A mixed demolition pile has to be separated before a facility will take it, and that sorting is not something we do. If your debris is already one material, call and we will tell you what the load costs. If it is mixed, a licensed C&D hauler or a roll-off dumpster will serve you better, and we say so up front instead of turning up and declining the job. For a homeowner remodel, the line is simpler: we take the old cabinets, vanities, toilets, sinks, tubs and appliances; the drywall and mixed tear-out go in the dumpster.

• 1. Text a photo of the pile to (916) 770-7619 or book online. Say what it is and roughly how much, so we bring the right truck.
• 2. Price confirmed before we load. If the pile is what the photo showed, we start. If there is drywall mixed in, we talk before anything moves.
• 3. We load it. A pile at the curb is quick; one carried up from a basement takes longer and costs more.
• 4. It goes to the right facility. Concrete to a concrete recycler, metal to scrap, clean wood to a wood facility. We sweep the spot.

Single-material loads are priced by volume and weight, and weight wins. Broken concrete fills a truck's weight limit long before it fills the box, so a concrete load is quoted by the pile, not the truck fraction, and we may only be able to fill the bed part way. Access matters too. You get a firm number before we load, with no dump fee added later.

Home renovations: we clear furniture and household items out before work starts and take the old appliances, cabinets and fixtures afterward (residential junk removal). Kitchen and bathroom remodels: cabinets, vanities, toilets, sinks, tubs and appliances go in our truck; drywall and mixed tear-out go in a debris dumpster, though a small tile-only load is fine. Roofing: no tear-offs and no roofing debris; that is a roofer or C&D hauler. Tenant improvements: we clear furniture, shelving and fixtures before the build starts (office decommissioning, commercial junk removal); the build-out debris itself goes to a licensed C&D hauler. Sheds, decks, fences, pergolas, hot tubs and playsets: we tear them down and haul them as regular services. Concrete and rubble: a concrete-only load from a broken-up patio is a single-material load, so call us first; rubble mixed with dirt or drywall goes to a C&D hauler. We do not do recurring job-site pickups on an active build; a dumpster that gets swapped as it fills is the right setup there.
